Dr. Zwilling has served in the inteligence unit during his army service. He holds 2 Ph.D degrees: Ph.D in computer science & Biology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem & Ph.D in Business Administration From Bar-Ilan University. In addition Dr.Zwilling holds master in Law and B.A in law & M,B.A. He made 1 year post-doc at the Deutsche Telekom Labaratory - Ben Gurion University.

Dr. Zwilling has more than 15 years experience in various R&D projects in the high-tech industry were he worked in firms such as Applied Materials, Gilat Sattelitte Networks, Intel and the Ministry of Defefence. 

Besides teaching and research he serves as mentor for 4'th year studetns in the deperatment of industrial engineering - Afeka - Tel-Aviv Academic College of Engineering. Some of the projects are conducted with cooperation of industrial organizations such as Terrogence.

Dr.Zwilling has also graduated his law practice at the office of Lawyer Keren Lagziel.
